What you will need for your outfit would ne items such as;
~Maul
~Dragon Scimitar
~Black D'Hide Chaps
~Monks Robe Top - which is at castle wars. (in order to get there go through the "player killing portal" and trade the npc there.)
~Strength Amulet (obtained from castle wars.) or a fury amulet (Obatined from other players or from killing the King Black Dragon, he respawns every 5 minutes)
~Climbing boots (obtained from castle wars)
~Also warrior rings provide the most str bonus out of all rings they are obtained from dagganoth kings, to get there teleport to legends guild, click the guard, enter the guild then click on the totem and you get teleported to the dagganoth kings.)

To start of with, get your gear go into the godwars dungeon it's located sout-east of the bank and right click the guy with the fishbowl on his head and click the option "talk to mysterious old man" then once your there start bye killing ogres and jogres till your about 50 str, 50 attack then you can start attacking hellhounds till 75 str, 60-70 attack then i suggest heading over to the dagganoths (They are mentioned earlier in the guide) i stayed at the dagganth kings till 99 str, 99 attack. I suggest after getting 75 attack, 75 str going into the godwars dungeon running up the end and try to kill the general; (He drops bandos armour and godsword hilts and godsword shards then right click a hilt then use the option "Use hilt with godsword shard" to make a godsword from then on it's very fast training for you and very easy to get 99 str, 99 attack using this guide i got 99 str and def in just under 3 hours.

You can feel free however to kill the general from 95-99 str as you can make alot of money out of him.
